Mobile Body Alignment™ Points

Every Tuesday morning, 9:30 - 10:45 am ET

Move and feel like a dancer without having to study for years and years.

How we pay attention to our body has a huge effect on our felt experience. Narrow attention creates a tight body. Fluid and mobile attention creates an easy body.

Activate effortless and fluid motion through awareness of 19 specific, easy to locate anatomical points on your body. This fluidity you learn in class, becomes available in all movement forms you practice.

Dance class is open to all.

Every Thursday morning, 11am - 12pm ET

In each class you will learn practices for one cranial nerve, as well as the anatomy and physiology of the nerve and its sense organ.

You will slowly build up your practice repertoire to sequence through all twelve nerves from memory.

Rebalance excitement with calm, improve breathing patterns, and revitalize your posture by relinquishing excess tension nerve by nerve. Enhance and refine sensory appreciation and motor control.

Moving meditation is open to all.
