Hi, I’m Clare Maxwell!

I am a professional dancer. Studying the Alexander Technique saved my mind, body, and spirit and extended my performing life for many years. I learned the hard way that pushing our bodies beyond the breaking point does not create success. Overwork is actually a huge part of what prevents us from achieving our creative dreams and it almost ended my career. I don't want that to happen to you!

I've combined my wealth of dance knowledge with the Alexander Technique to create Embodied Learning Systems for people who want to feel great and enjoy freedom, ease and mobility in their bodies.
